New subscriber (Just picked up the game) My first experience with pronghorn was on the plains of Alberta when I was in the British army in 1998. Went off over a hill to see to my bathroom needs and had the pleasure of having 5 of them walk up and watch me dig a hole and do my business. And when I finished they ambled off. No applause or anything.

Flinter, as a hunter who got two sizable Pronghorn IRL they are easy to hunt and if you do miss aim way ahead because they are fast.

Flinter, new to the game here. could you kindly make a quick tutorial please 4on tracking down downed animals with the huntermate phone? There are times I chance on a big herd of 10+ deer, end up shooting 4-6 of them, while some drop instantly, some run away and bleed out somewhere. I end up having to track them but don't always find them especially if the ran a bit. Trying to harvest everything atm to build up cash. Thanks and love your videos!

I played the original “the hunter” game when I was like 8 years old, but haven’t since then... i wanna get this game bc it looks great, but I have a few questions. One being if there are actually bullet weights in the game? For example, when I’m rifle hunting for whitetail, I’ll use either a 150 grain or 165 grain 30-06, but if you were moose hunting, you’d probably wanna step it up to a 190-210 grain bullet (although if you had the perfect shot placement, you could easily kill a moose with something such as a 6.5 creedmoor)

There is different guns but you can kill a moose with soft point 243 bullets if you shoot it in the heart very close

I'm super hyped for this but is it bothering anyone else that the pronghorn are in pretty heavily forested areas? I live in montana, see them everyday, have hunted them, and they don't like to frequent areas they don't have long sightlines like in trees since their sight is their best asset.

Love the map and animals and especially the longbow. They have to fix the arrow rest though, you can see the strike plate but the arrow rests below it. Devs should fix for safety if not realism. If some held the bow that low and shot the arrow that far under the shelf, limb could break and bow explode.

Turkey season ended about a month ago (in West Virginia)... but turkey hunting is a bit more difficult than you may think. It took me years to actually start calling very well (my dad started teaching me when I was ab 12 and I’m now 16) but it’s a lot of fun when you get into it... probably my favorite type of hunting other than whitetail bow hunting. Good luck though :)

I doubt a $200 pellet gun would kill a deer. A .22 would barely if not even kill one (irl). You should go with a .223 or .243. But pellet guns are so fun and cheap for target practice
