When you get the FLD worked on put a service light on the back of the truck so you can see what you're doing in those dark places trying to hookup the trailers.

I feel you on shifting. The other day, I drove one of our FLDs, which is a ten speed, then swapped it out for a Coronado, which is a thirteen speed. Took a minute to remember how to shift it.

I had 10-4 insurance and had a claim which was a total loss. They insured the truck for 30k because that’s they said the worth was then ended only giving 14k because they said that’s what it was really worth. They didn’t cover the other vehicle involved so now I’m be threatened with a law suite. They also dropped me because they said they can’t insure me anymore because I had a claim. Be careful if you go with them

Wow!!! Really great to see SLD - On the road again for a bit. Stick shifting is better than auto. But fuel mileage might be better than auto. Love SLD to make a run series.

You have to get the FLD back on the road it’s the money maker, put a driver on the newer truck it’s got all the parts and things a driver needs. And with the Classes coming after New Year and your ability to run other trucks while working yourself you could be doing great within a year.
