My MTB Slopestyle compound is an amazing riding spot for learning new tricks and training for huge dirt jump competitions like Crankworx. With my airbag and Slopestyle jumps I love the feeling of pushing myself to land new tricks, and in this video I learned two brand new moves on the airbag on my dirt jump bike. There’s lots of crashes and slams but it felt so good to push myself and get some rad POV mtb shots at the time. Enjoy

Hi Matt or whoever picks up his messages. I'm a 54 year old mountain biker and cut my teeth in Cyprus in the late 80's on a fully rigid set up. I'm a military man and have been for 37 years. For the last 10 years I have been looking after wounded, injured and sick troops as part of Project Battle Back. We use adaptive sports and adventure training to engage and invigorate our guys and girls to take a leading hand in their own recovery. I have trained disabled teams to take part in many of the top MTB events and so far we have never failed. We've completed the Megavalanche, Mountain of Hell, Mac Avalanche and even raced down Mt Snowdon in the dark. The reason for my message is that the Guys and Girls from our MTB team have challenged me to do a back flip on my 55th Birthday and I haven't a clue where to start. I've got the balls, I've still got reasonable mobility but I don't think I could crack it without some expert help. In the true spirit of MTB camaraderie, I'm wondering if you could help. I am based in Catterick Garrison, 30 minutes from Hamsterly Forest and could travel anywhere in the country. I could bring along some of our wounded guys to support and would promise to give it 100%. Please feel free to ignore if I'm being unrealistic or far to pushy.

Mate not sure if this is the right forum to get in touch with these guys. Might work, but I did something similar for a while after getting out in Australia and the only luck I had was going through formal channels to find the right people. Also content creators were pretty hard to get onto + I found I had to offer something they could use for content, was on brand for them etc. Good guys but a lot of effort/back and forth for the outcome. Maybe track down someone through rocketreach/LinkedIn or via insta. Also not sure how you got the CS Guards AC name but nice work, that's awesome! I have specially molded ear protection for work and I rarely ever put it on max volume just because it's too loud. Battery lasts 10 to 12 hours continuously depending on volume.
