@@charliec123 The difference between Brazil and these colder countries is that we don't have a heating system anywhere, so if it is -5° C outside you will feel and go to sleep feeling the -5° C. When I visited foreign countries in the winter (-10 to -15°C) most of them were very hot inside the places so if i was feeling to cold outside i just went to a coffee shop and stay there for a few minute, so it wasn't that bad, but this is not a possibility here, many foreigners complain about it hahahahaha

Hahahahahah, I knew he wasn’t talking about the south so here I am Southern Brazilian speaking, it’s even colder than 18°C here during winter, I think it even snowed this year on the countryside (Santa Catarina state at least) but in my city we have what we call 8/80 which means it’s really cold one day (10°C) and the next day it’s really hot (31° C) So the weather really depends where you are, I hope I was able to explain a little :)

저 18도라는게 겨울에 18도거든요 근데 적도 부근이나 남반구경우 북반구 하고 계절이 달라요 우린 7월달이 여름이지만 남반구는 겨울이거든요 원래 열대지방이 최저가 18도이고 높은면 30도 이상으로 올라가서 18도면 추운게 맞아요 이상 지나가는 사람이었습니다

Another thing about the school is that nowadays people from high school go in the morning because I’m the afternoon they have extracurricular classes, for elementary school they can go in the afternoon because they usually don’t do anything in the afternoon. Also, some schools divide the classes, for example freshman and sophomore year in the morning and junior and senior year in the afternoon because of the amount of students that they have and the size of the school.

안녕하세요, 브라질에서 태어나고 자란 한국사람입니다 :) 브라질 학교는 대부분 빅터님이 얘기한 것처럼 학생이 적은 곳은 학년마다 한 반이 있는데, 조금 더 크고 유명한 학교들은 반이 열 개가 넘는데까지 있어요. 그리고 영상에서 얘기하신 것처럼 한 학교가 초등학교부터 고등학교가 다 합쳐진 곳이 많고 적어도 중학교와 고등학교는 거의 다 함께 있다고 생각하시면 돼요. 그리고 조금 더 크고 전국적으로 유명한 학교들은 같은 건물에 대학교까지도 있습니다. 수업은 학교마다 다르지만 아침반과 오후 반 선택할 수 있는데가 있고, 학년별로 시간이 나누어지는데도 있어요. 그리고 어떤 학교들은 대부분의 한국 학교들처럼 아침부터 오후까지 보충 수업까지하는데도 있어요. 그런데 전체적으로 보통 7시 조금 넘어서 시작하고 12 조금 넘어서 끝나요. 한국 학교와 브라질 학교의 다른 점들을 얘기하자면: 1. 교복 대부분에 학교들은 교복이 있지만, 고등학교에 들어가면 대체적으로 교복을 입지 않고 사복을 입어요. 교복은 남녀가 드리긴 한데, 치마는없고, 한국의 체육복이랑 비슷한 느낌의 옷으로 상하의를 입어요. 2. 규정 요즘 한국 학교들은 많이 달라졌다고 하는데, 두발이나 화장 이런 것들을 규정하는게 없어서 제 반에도 핑크색 머리, 파란색 머리 하는 애들이 있었어요 ㅎㅎ 3. 낙제 브라질 학교에서는 한 반에 나이가 다른 사람들이 있는게 조금 흔한 일이에요 (고등학교로 올라가면 더 흔히 볼 수 있어요). 대부분에 학교들의 평균 합격 전수가 10전 만점에 5점이고, 그 기준을 넘지 못한다면 한 학년을 다시 다녀야 해서 그런 일들이 자주 일어나요. 그외로 얘기할 수 있는 것들이 많은데 이렇게 간단하게 추려봤습니다 :) 대부분의 댓글들이 다 포르투갈어나 영어로 되어 있어서 이해 못하시는 한국 사람들이 있을 것 같아서 이렇게 적어봤습니다. 긴 글 읽어주셔서 감사합니다!

ohhhh un hermano sudamericano en corea! you must be struggling with the cold weather and colder society as well my friend! I'm from a neighbouring country and I can attest that Brazilians are such nice joyful people! we are very similar to them in how warm the society is. we also have options for kids to go either in the morning or afternoon to school. you also have full day schools where you go in 7:30/8am and leave around 5pm

I believe it would be cool to point out that it depends on the Brazilian region. In Brazil it is common to have several times for students to choose. There are schools that operate only in the morning or in the afternoon. In most normal schools it is the student who decides which shift he wants to study (morning or afternoon). There are professional schools too, students spend the morning and afternoon at school, studying common subjects and some professional course within the school. I liked to study in the afternoon because I had the whole morning to sleep, so I always studied in the afternoon. (Google translate) ^^

The spoon thing is half right. Come to to the northern region and you see people using mostly spoons for everything, even for cutting stuff. A parte da colher ficou só meio certa. Aqui no Norte o povo usa colher pra tudo, até pra cortar as coisas. E tem um povinho de baixo que ainda é fresco e acha isso "feio".

btw the north of Brazil (where is the amazon) is really humid like 95% of humidity and even tho it rains a lot is still so hot 😭 but the good thing is that there is no hurricane or tsunami because of the equator line ^^

Né. Ele fez num bom apanhado pra alguém que vive há mais tempo fora e tb não tendo conhecido muitos lugares. Deve ser difícil lembrar. Tb gostei que ele falou várias vezes que aquela era a experiência dele, o que ele conhecia e talz, ao invés de sempre falar como se fosse "regra".
