I really hope Raging Strike is suitably nerfed on launch. The entire meta warping around one mechanic and how well each character can use and build it is concerning to say the least.

If they nerfed RS a chunk, and also dropped the EX meter penalty, the game would upen up massively. It's really not fun that we can't use our EX/Ult moves freely because we have to always be worried about building meter and using it pretty much exclusively for RS/BC.

Keep in mind Gamera's able to sba on whiffed Raging strike. Corner carry? Djeeta does it better. Good neutral? it's still a 9f f5m that carries her hurtbox forward. I'm honestly thinking it's bias. Yuel isn't good, Gamera is. No fireball, trash 214 follow ups, and useless f5H are all still there.
