Wonwoo solved everything but ran out of time and was chased. Mingyu on the other hand, solved the mystery of the plot and made it clear for the viewers. This is really one of my favorite GoSe series. I hope they do a season 2 of this.

​@@seungcheology the plot was all the svt members were all along the nurses and dr(mingyu) who made those human clones. they made human clones of themselves where you can see that svt wore patient gowns at the beginning and wore blue gowns at the end. the dr. kim they were referring was mingyu, or dr. KIM mingyu. the clones tried to escape but they were captured again by the staff of the hospital. the clones didn't know that they were basically just clones of the nurses and doctor of that building.

I honestly would have fainted right then and there even though knowing he was a human

@@cassie2513 EXACTLY Verkwan and Mingyu would've gotten no screen time if Wonwoo got out so they needed to make sure he failed Maybe it was also for the sake of acting, but you can tell how the doctor rushes over to make sure Wonwoo can't open the door and escape when Wonwoo runs to break the padlock Edit: I know it's been more than a year, but I was dumb and never finished watching the episode before commenting If I HAD, I would've realized that obv Mingyu needed to be last because OTHERWISE THE STORYLINE DOESN'T WORK Still though, Wonwoo real MVP for figuring the whole puzzle out and rushing in the end because he knew he was gonna get caught if he didn't hurry

So i think it means that the clones will never escape, this was all plan of the doctor to carefully watch and study them to see how “human” they appear and be. Mingyu and the others actually were all clones, they just tried to escape using their memories (the photos). I hope i explained it well and clearly!

For me personally, Wonwoo's escape was the most thrilling to watch. He was methodical and cautious, but also quick to piece the information together. That last scene was so cool; he started running toward the exit, dropping the pictures, and trying to break the chain as the doctor closed in. It felt like I was watching a horror movie.

Not saying he isn't smart, he is, and was able to find the code to open the lock other members were stuck on, but if the members didn't experience these things he wouldn't have had the pictures clues and would have died by the doctor.

the relief i felt at first after watching mingyu break the chains, just to be replaced with horror at the end oh my god. it was literally like watching a movie, hearing the music slowly fade and hearing only mingyu's breaths and steps, and then the "why?" and a bang. so cool.

My point in the ego episode is that there is only one Arthur Kim and he creates clones to find a better identity for himself. Meaning dr. Kim changes his appearance/identity based on the previous clone and he continues it (that is why the members are seen in the doctor outfitit) until he finally found the perfect self and that is Mingyu. In addition, the title ego literally explained the whole story since ego refers to the conscious and unconscious part of the self in which the conscious is the doctor and the unconscious is the clone. Within the experiment, the doctor will test the capability of each clone about themselves and we see Mingyu being conscious of himself as a clone that leads him to find answers but is bound to be killed by the doctor. As a result, the doctor uses Mingyu's identity since it is the perfect self he is looking for. (it is just a theory and the staff and seventeen really killed this episode)

Wonwoo was still very calm, didn't panic at all even after the "bad guy" catched Woozi and left him alone. Plus he shot this at night when it's really dark, made the atmosphere scarier. I was surprised, but then i remember this man is the same man as the one who saw a real ghost and intended to take a picture of the ghost on the tag episode 💀
