Hello again my friend, first of all apologies for not being able to catch up lately, we had a bereavement in the family, my Mum passed away, and I have been dealing with everything associated with it, funeral and so on, so everything has been put on the back burner for a while, hope everything has been going well for you and your family your side of the ocean, really sorry to hear that you have a troll giving you grief on here, unfortunately there are, I'll put it politely, people like that, but if I see it I'll also join you in going back at them, anyway back to bees, it has been a very difficult spring here too, I have lost two more hives recently and queens not returning from mating flights or just not getting mated, one thing I have tried with my weaker colonies is putting them in double stack either five frame or six frame nucs they tend to build up quicker, then when they need one, I add a third, and when they have drawn that one out, I put them in a ten frame hive, I have found they really do grow quicker that way, it's worth thinking about to build your colonies up quicker, anyway best of luck, love to the family, stay safe my friend, catch up again soon, Neil
