Join me in this experience to see the last authentic 1950s drive in movie theatre in Florida. This theatre has been around since 1952 and hasn’t changed much since! We are going to try the food, watch Tom and Jerry, and feel what it was like to watch a movie in the 1950s!

When I was a teenager, we went to the drive-in and parked in the back so that we could make out. When I was small my Dad took us to the drive-in because on Tuesdays you could get in for a dollar for the whole carload of people. Dad would pop a large grocery bag full of popcorn ad we would buy a gallon jug of root beer. There was also a playground for the little kids before the show started. We usually had two main features and on weekends three main features. They had something for everybody.

I want to say something to the Viewer. My father divorced my mother in 2006. Because of the other woman۔After that my mother raised me by learning the job of a midwife. She educated me. But due to poor financial situation, I could only study up to class XII.My mother contracted hepatitis in 2013۔But due to financial situation, my mother could not get treatment. And then my mother remarried for a better future, but it didn't work out۔My mother gradually became more ill. Due to untimely treatment. Then I got a job and tried to take care of my mother. But failed۔I created a KZbin channel so I could keep an eye on Mai and earn money. But I don't have any skills. And my mother did not allow me to come in front of the camera. Then I edited the video and put it on KZbin, but it didn't work out.I have been working for the last one year. But I could not succeed. No one is ready for a job or financial support. Because they expect me to have sex۔I request the Viewer. Please subscribe my channel. Please Help me to take care of myself and my mother. I just want to make 200$ to 300$. Of the month I don't want anything more than that.please subscribe my channel and watch my video I just want to be my mother's support. So that I can treat them and give them a peaceful life۔I need your support i promise i keep work hard always. A little help from viewers can bring a lot of joy to my mother and my face.I have seen a lot of suffering.

Don't know if it's been said yet but the posts are there because there used to be lil detachable speakers that you would take off and put on your car window. There's a drive-in theatre near my house, and they have been a quintessential part of my family's summers since I was little. We sneak in popcorn, candy, and Gatorade, wear our pajamas, and bring blankets to watch the movies from the bed of my dad's truck. My family has a lot of good memories from that place. Because of COVID, we didn't get to go last summer, but we can hopefully go again this year.

dude yesss i love drive-in movies! i need to go back to this place some time, but anyways for background i live kind of in the suburbs of Kentucky, but my actual house is in a rural part (if that makes any sense). so anyway, my life is a weird mix of old and new. but near us is several small towns and one has an amazing, authentic drive-in theatre. fr the little store they keep in the parking lot has the original paint and 50s retro look (kind of looks like a slightly run-down mini retro dinner from the outside, but when you go in they serve things like pizza, hotdogs, and pretzels and there isn't any seating or remodeling, literally original from the 50s). idk i just love it so much, legit the cutest thing ever and i felt i should share i guess

I went to a drive in movie not to long ago! We watched the nightmare before Christmas, my experience wasn’t the best because we could barely hear the movie and a guy put trash bags over his headlights so they wouldn’t shine in peoples faces but it was windy so the trash bags ended up making the headlights flash in our face. It was still fun none the less! I’m glad you had a good time.

We still have a drive- in about 30 minutes from my home we live in southern Kentucky the drive- in is in Pulaski county ky. They use to be two of them and one shut down. we use to go to the same one when I was a kid it was always a treat getting out and going to the concession stand to order our food I guess the food is a throw back to the early days but we always loved the burgers and popcorn.. I wish everyone would try to go at least a couple of times to enjoy it. Also back in the day the way you listened to the move was threw the speaker you would hang it on your car window and roll it up I do admit though it was usually not very plain but it was a good family night..

there's a drive-in a half hour away from my city that opened in 1949. it's an amazing experience!

I love the drive in. When I was really little my mom took me for the first time and it was really fun. Then after the movie she took me to her old favorite drive in restaurant. I don’t remember what its called anymore but the onion rings were crisppp. The drive in is still open but it’s a far drive. The last time I went they had IT out (the new one).

This prompted me to look up one here where I live. I have been wanting to go to one for forever but this one is in a sketchy part of town so I don't know but it got 4 star maybe one day we will go! Loved your hair!

We have a drive-in in our old town one of the last but not the last one. My family owns it or pretty much my family threw marriage. I love the Plaza and the Drive-in my favorite days are Wednesday and Saturday matinee days. We watch old movies. E.T, stand by me, Jurassic park, now and then, all of the good ones even silent films but not really played anymore.

Hi there! Awesome vid! I’m an Orlando local, I’m not sure what part in Florida you’re in but there’s another great drive in place called Silver Moon Drive-in in Lakeland! Two movies for the price of one and discount Thursdays! Also you can bring in outside food and drinks 😊🙌🏽

Jess, no offense, but this dude seems like an a** & needs to check his attitude & how he speaks to you. I do hope & wish you happiness, but just careful with how you let someone speak to you, which ultimately leads to how they treat you. Much love & respect for you. 🖤🤘🏻

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one thinking this! Really hated his attitude, came across as rude or stand-offish and she just seems so sweet and genuine.

Also he seems to be super respectful and gentleman-ey when talking to other people but to her he speaks so snappy. Makes me upset

Don't assume though - she even clarified in a comment that he just has a "sailor's mouth". Some people naturally come off as a bit stand-offish, you could have politely told her to take care of herself without calling him an a**.
