I use that same tip for sore throat, but I add vinegar. I can't tell people what they should do in their own homes like spitting in a kitchen. I have seen folks doing this at work in the shared kitchen space and I honestly was grossed out. Is spitting in kitchen sink, for example at work, culturally acceptable? I've also seen people post photos online of bathing their babies in the kitchen sink. I guess maybe it's my Jamaican upbringing, but I never understood it.

I’ll try with adding vinegar next time! Mh spitting in work kitchen sink is a bit inappropriate I think. But in your home if you don’t have dishes in their I guess it’s ok, but as you said it depends on what one is used to. Thanks for watching and sharing your tip ☺️
