Thanks for the video, I love your reverse content! Just an early heads up - by the time the 2.2 trailer comes to global, if you're not caught up with the story do not watch it, it has some big spoilers. It should come out in like 3-4 months i think? 2.1 trailer is safe to react to :)

Normally side events don't have spoilers for the main story, since they're their own separate mini stories. Idk about this one, but at first glance it seems to be the same case as the others. Still, if you want to make sure maybe wait a few days after it comes out and ask your viewers if it's safe.

@@K1ngBard Event stories like this one have nothing to do with the main story, in fact, they are made that way so everyone can enjoy them. So feel free to jump in and have fun!

@@K1ngBard CN player here, unlike other events which are spoiler-free, this event as well as the next one (2.1) are both linked to the main story, and take place after Vereinsamt (chapter 7) and build up a little bit of foreshadowing for the next upcoming main story chapter. Unfortunately, 2.0 and 2.1 both mention a massive spoiler for the ending of chapter 7 in their event stories. Because they're slowly adding events in a permanent game mode, you might get away with just skipping the dialogue and cutscenes for now if you want the event rewards, but it'll still show some dialogue during the battle scenes which could ruin the experience a bit and it'll probably take a while for 2.0 and 2.1 to be added permanently.

i will pull for mercuria because shes a good support for marcus, j is a safe option for you as he can sheild and has follow up attacks, but the global changed the banner schedule so hes coming on the 2nd phase, 2.0 is a side story so its safe to play ( it will be also linked with 2.1 and 2.2 but im not sure tho ) also have you done the uttu ??? if you havent i really recommend doing it as you will get free skin for mesmer and also some other rewards ( for easier gameplay i suggest borrowing someones lucy, especially if she will be p5 ) anyway i really cant wait for 2.0 im sure it will be amazing !!!

@@K1ngBard sadly the 1.9 uttu is over but there will ofc be next one in 2.0 !!! so uttu is a seasonal challenge that is released always on the second half of the update, it has 6 chapters, and the last one is released a bit later than the others, after 1st chapter you will get packages with cards, those cards are the most important things as they are able to provide buffs, changes to the gameplay etc, those cards as i said have special stats and then you have to pick one to equip on your character ( for example card with dynamo stats for lucy ) and you basically fight the enemies, as you progress there will be more stages ( up to 7 ), from uttu you will get materials and free portrait/pfp

If you want a quick answer, the Storm doesn't just reverse time back, they are jumping back and forth. It was mentioned in E Lucevan le Stelle chapter, that Marcus managed to return to her era, rare case of Storm passing around the same time it already been to. Though, this particular chapter precedes the Island by quite some time, as can be seen in Hoffman notes in that special chapter, where she mentions Paulina.
