A lot of kids and families in Scotland are struggling with finances etc with everything going on currently so something like that allows people to get to enjoy good food without worrying about it being in their budget. Three Little Pigs is a weekend treat in our house. They do Gluten Free options as well for those with Coeliac and intolerances. Love this place! ❤️❤️❤️

​@@deadzioyou couldn't be more wrong bud. Anybody who suffers from a gluten intolerance has an elevated level of what's called human leukocyte antigens (HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8). This is an antibody created by the human body to fight the presence of gluten in the intestinal tract. Individuals who suffer from Coeliac disease this antigen can enter the blood stream via the miniscule hairs in the intestines. However, even if this antigen does not enter the blood stream it can still have detrimental impact to the digestion process in the intestines. Such a lethargy, bloating, weight gain, swelling, inflammation etc etc.The latter therefore would be someone who is a non coeliac gluten sensitivity (NCGS). It is estimated up to 40% of the population have this. I myself suffer from NCGS and since I cut out gluten 4 years ago from my diet it has been life changing.
