Going to the Movies. Hi, I’m Claire. Tim, my boyfriend, and I love watching movies. Recently, some interesting movies have been released. Tim called me and asked if I wanted to go to the movies. I said yes without hesitation because I always enjoy spending time with him. We arrived at the cinema in the early afternoon. Since it was a weekend afternoon, the movie theater was a bit crowded. There were several movie genres we could choose from, such as action, comedy, drama, romance, and sci-fi. Tim and I both love comedies because they make us laugh and feel good. After deciding which movie to watch, we needed to buy tickets. When we went to the box office, many people were standing in line waiting to buy tickets, and the line seemed to move slowly. So, we decided to buy tickets at a ticket kiosk instead. At the ticket kiosk, you can select and buy tickets yourself. The screen shows all the movie listings and showtimes. We could see what movies were playing and choose our seats. After we got our tickets, we grabbed some popcorn at the concession stand. Tim also wanted a drink, so we bought a couple of Cokes. Then, we went inside the movie theater. It was full of people. Our seats were in the middle of the theater, which was perfect for viewing the screen. The seats had cup holders, so I just set my Coke in the holder. Then, I set my phone on silent so I wouldn’t disturb the people around me. The movie was scheduled to start at 4:30 PM, but normally movies don’t start exactly on time. They usually play trailers for about 10-15 minutes, showing previews of upcoming movies. The movie was very funny. We laughed a lot and had a great time. The film ended after 2 hours and 20 minutes. When we walked outside the auditorium, we saw many movie cases with posters inside recommending future movies. We talked about which ones we might want to see next time. We left the cinema in a good mood and looked forward to our next movie date.

Tôi đã trả lời là có không chút do dự vì tôi luôn thích dành thời gian ở bên cạnh anh ấy. Tôi đã đến rạp chiếu phim vào đầu buổi trưa. Vì là buổi chiều cuối tuần nên là rạp chiếu phim khá đông. Có một số loại phim mà chúng tôi có thể chọn, như là hành động, hài kịch, chính kịch, lãng mạn hoặc khoa học viễn tưởng. Tim và tôi cùng thích những thể loại hài kịch bởi vì nó làm cho chúng tôi cười thoải mái và cảm thấy vui. Sau khi quyết định xem phim naof, chúng tôi cần mua vé. Khi chúng tôi đến phòng bán vé, rất nhiều người xếp hàng đứng đợi mua vé, cái hàng dường như di chuyển rất chậm. Vì vậy, chúng tôi quyết định mua vé tại quầy bán vé. Tại quầy bán vé, bạn có thể xem phim nào đang chiếu và chọn chỗ ngồi. Sau khi chúng tôi lấy được vé, chúng tôi mua một ít bắp rang bơ tại quầy nhượng quyền. Tim cũng muốn uống nước, nên chúng tôi đã mua 1 cặp lon coca. Sau đó, khi vào bên trong rạp chiếu phim. Nó đầy người. Ghế ngồi của chúng tôi ở giữa rạp chiếu phum, nó hoàn hảo cho việc xem màn hình. Ghế có ngăn đựng cốc nên tôi chỉ để lon Coca của tôi vào ngăn đựng thôi. Sau đó, chúng tôi cài đặng điện thoại của tôi ở chế độ im lặng để tôi không làm phiền những người xung quanh tôi. Theo lịch bộ phim sẽ được chiếu vào lúc 4 :30 chiều, nhưng thông thường sẽ không bao giờ sẽ được chiếu đúng giờ. Thông thường họ sẽ chiếu đoạn giới thiệu khoảng 10 - 15 phút, hiển thị các phim sắp chiếu. Bộ phim rất là hài hước. Tôi cười nhiều và có khoảng thời gian tuyệt vời. Bộ phum kết thúc sau 2 giờ 20 phút. Khi chúng tôi bước ra khỏi khán phòng, chúng tôi rất nhiều phim với áp phích có nội dung giới thiệu những bộ phim sắp chiếu. Chúng tôi đã bàn về bộ phim chúng tôi có thể xem trong lần tới. Chúng tôi ra khỏi rạp chiếu phim với cảm xúc tuyệt vời và mong chờ lần hẹn hò xem phim sắp đến.
