I'm always happy to read your comments. I'm sorry I haven't kept up with the replies. I'll do my best to answer your questions as best I can! The wooden spoons that I often use are from Nature Cutlery. This is not a measuring spoon. The capacity is a little less than a tablespoon. The handle is long and easy to use, so I use it when I cook. The weather is unsettled like the rainy season in Japan ☔. Please take care and have a good weekend 🍉💛 ビデオの中のMorning の綴りを間違えていました😂申し訳ございません💦 I made a spelling error, sorry. *Morning😂

Nami has taught us to see the beauty in the everyday mundane humdrum of life. I now purposely slow down and make an effort on little chores throughout my day, to self reflect, appreciate the beauty of the little things I take for granted. This channel is a kind of therapy where I can switch off my autopilot.

it takes energy to teach yourself to do a new task, like loving your environment especially if that environment is a source of stress for you (speaking personally, i used to struggle with this all the time, and still do from time to time). but be gentle on yourself. learning a new thing is difficult, and no one is perfect. take it one day at a time, be kind to yourself when you have an off day, and eventually you will find it as natural as breathing. it took me almost three years of diligence and hard self-reflection to get to this point, but it is worth it. i promise. xo

Thank you for sharing your experience of daily life as a single person living in Japan. Sometimes, as a westerner, we tend to think that if we are alone, things must not be going well for us - quite the contrary, the fact that you can enjoy being alone speaks to your success in managing your own mental, emotional and physical well-being. Way to go!

Hello Nami...I must say you certainly were a good dog walker! Lovely blonde dog. Mine is light also. Her name is Sally. My son and I share a lovely condo. He got the puppy as a foster parent. The dear lady in the hospital sadly died. We decided to notify the Dog Rescue that we would adopt Sally. She is the sweetest 5 month old puppy. Big puppy will equal a big dog when grown. She has long legs and her walk is like a hopping dance! I have fallen in love with her myself BUT Sally is Derek's dog for his anxiety. I will hopefully get a much smaller dog for myself. Have a good workweek.
I am still amazed at the amount you eat and able to stay so slim.
