Ele permite até 3 tons e meio. Eu tenho e é ótimo, já toquei até Slipknot com ele. O único porém é que a partir de 2 tons ele perde centésimos de segundo em relação ao tempo da palhetada, não servindo para tocar sons muito rápidos, como solos complexos.

Yes, but it won't be the same as the song, you can tune it, or use a pedal that changes the tuning, like Digitech's DROP

I think 2 1/2 step down tune!! You can do with standard tune: intro B5 or B5/F#. Chorus: B5, G5, D5, A5. Before solo: G5, f#5, B5 twice.

It's dropped B standard tuning for this song. You have to drop all the strings a half of step for this song. That's how I learned Evanescence's tracks on my guitar.
