I like how this skit basically proves how Gojo and Utahime are extremely shippable. Works in canon with Gege confirming that Gojo thinks they're bantering(flirting lol) but has no idea Utahime is legit annoyed. Once Gojo realises he hurts Utahime feelings, he will be nicer in how he interacts with her. They're so cute 😭. All the VAs did such a great job ❤. Can't wait for the next part🙏

How do that sketch convey way better than the manga or the anime the closeness of Gojo and Geto is at the same time amusing and depressing. Like. They're friends, and we see that in your work (not enought in the manga for me) ! It's way more fulfilling and emotional that way. And Geto trying to break the tension between Utahime and Gojo by landing poor bad-toughts jokes. He's thirdwheeling during a romantic fight, poor him. But he also get throught his best friend's bullshit and tells him to go apologize and be actually honest with her *or else*, and Gojo listen, and that's wonderful. I hope you will continue this little serie on the more or less everyday life of our beloved JJK cast as teenagers and theirs shenanigans ! They act like the children they are, and that's really heartwarming. (And now, with the whole, frankly understandable, misunderstanding of "You can't stand me, so you hate me" between Utahime and Gojo resolved, we'll be waiting for them to have the thickiest romantic tension between them, with Geto and Shoko having to witness that and be like "We have to do something about that, it's becoming unbearable"). Gojo is so cute towards the end, too. In overall, great short, and a logical writing overall ! I look forward for the next part (if there is one, that I hope) ! To the world, Satoru Gojo is the Strongest and only the Strongest. 3:55, Keeping his characterization as a living weapon for Jujutsu Society, of course it would be difficult for someone taught to be invulnerable, taught to be a demigod, and who literally has a space-bending barrier around him and eyes that flood his mind with information to have difficulty being vulnerable with anyone. But seeing him try to overcome his own limitations is still pretty sweet regardless of what version of the character is being depicted. The depiction of Utahime is also phenomenal, with her “sick of Gojo’s shit” meter always cranked all the way up (perhaps that’s what he would like about her, how she doesn’t put up with his antics just because he’s a famous sorcerer and the status he has in Jujutsu Society, who doesn’t care about him being “the strongest” and wants to know him as a person rather than a symbol). The actress’s mix of frustration at not being able to get through to Gojo was humorous sure, but it also felt genuinely sad because she sold the disappointment so well. 6:44, And seeing this relationship get built up only to reveal Toji (with that unexpectedly menacing voice might I add) was a perfect cliff hanger to end the episode.

I was a bit worried I was overthinking it or that what points I was making were a bit of a stretch (mostly to do with Utahime not being as much a part of Jujutsu Society as Gojo, which is to say his place in it is more significant because he was raised to become its primary defender and had more expectations put on him than the average sorcerer). Whatever the case may be, I certainly look forward to seeing where this goes.
