Am I the only one who was more impressed with sakuna? Gojo just had outside help to buff himself to 200% and a barrier so that sakuna wouldn’t know that the attack was coming until it was too late, making the hit guaranteed. Yet sakuna only lost a little more then a hand. Something that he grew back by accident when he was at only 2 fingers.

Here’s my theory, do you guys remember that cursed realm where Kenjaku spoke with Setsuko? I once heard someone that Yuji would battle Sukuna inside this realm. While this didn’t carry much weight back then, with everything that has happened(including Megumi possession and Yuji soul technique) it seems very possible that will have two legendary battle occurring from at the same time. I have this feeling that will see Gojo on the brink of defeat, only for his Yuji to get the jump of him and having Sukuna fight on two fronts. By purging him from within Megumi soul(with said person joining in, who knows), we would have two legendary battles occurring at the same time with our heroes fulfilling their promises. Yuji kills Sukuna, Gojo obtains victory by outlasting Sukuna.

Here’s the thing about Sukuna eating his mummified head. I don’t think it did/does what we assume it does. Think about it. If he could replace a finger by eating his head that means all 20 fingers never contained 100% of his power. Since the finger still exists, are supposed to believe that there is now 105% of Sukunas original power in existence now? Also, don’t forget Gojo has the six eyes and can see cursed energy in a way others can’t meaning it’d be difficult for Sukuna to trick Gojo as far as cursed energy.

Maybe he accessed the power sealed in the finger since it had a connection with his body and now the finger is drained. Maybe the corpse was very powerful and gave him that much extra power and the finger is still out there. If that was the case it could be more like 110%-125% because each finger gives sukuna a bigger power boost than the last which is why Jogo originally thought he was as powerful as 15 finger Sukuna.

He might’ve distributed most of his full cursed energy into his fingers, something like 95% and 5% still remained in other parts of his dead body. The missing finger still have some part of his energy, so sukuna is still not at his 100% even with him eating his mummified head.

@@markmayer3886 this isn’t a numbers issue it’s a percentage issue. Sukunas fingers were supposed to be the cursed objects that dispersed 100% of his being. There was never anything about his mummy containing anything. So even if his fingers got stronger, it’s still 100%. Unless the finger Gojo has is basically empty now, him “dying” effectively made him 105% of what he was prior to death just by eating something that didn’t originally have any of his power.

The only reasonable answer to this question is that the body is the soul and the soul is the body. Since Sukuna's body and his soul are around the same time, his trueness comes when he is in his body. So technically Sukuna's full power is 20f Sukuna in his own body.

I'm hoping it's one of those two honestly but the build up that's been happening has me feeling like it's gonna be Gojo not wanting anyone else he loves to die will instead use his power last second to save Yuuji from death and in turn die leaving them with the one thing they'd be able to do live Happy FULL lives. It's looking bad for Gojo. He's being cocky? It's a strategy to taunt Sukuna, he's not stupid. He took 1 hand off of Sukuna with a boosted Hollow Purple, full hand signs to set up, two people supporting, surprise attack. All that did... Was destroy one hand. Let that sink in. If 200% Hollow Purple is what it took to destroy one hand (which Gojo won't get another chance in hell of setting up again btw), what's it going to take to actually kill Sukuna?

Nah I feel like Yuji will be able to contain Sukuna again. He has a deep understanding of the soul from being Sukuna's host, and even more so now from his training. Since Sukuna body swapped with Megumi I don't think the old binding vows will also take place. Honestly Sukuna is crazy, Gojo had his attacked buffed and cloaked. Sukuna didn't see the attack until it was damn near in his face and all he lost was a hand that he can most likely get back with reverse curse. To react that quickly to a 200% output Hollow Purple and only lose a hand is crazy. This is supposedly Gojo's strongest attack too. Also he makes it seem like Sukuna couldn't just see it when there was a barrier set to cloak it.

Welp there is a new popular theory about gojo's hand sign which he uses for his DE (which is gonna be very important in his fight against sukuna). So the theory states that gojo uses only 1 hand to bring out his domain , whist the rest of the characters uses 2 hands to bring out their domain, which tells us that how much skilled gojo is that he needs 1 hand sign to bring his domain out. So the theory believes that gojo could potentially use 2 hand sign to bring out more powerful version of his domain, maybe an barrierless unlimited void. This theory was made up by someone on reddit after he read all about mastery of jujutsu and usage of hand sign to tap into fullest extent of their ability in ch223. Also this theory can possibly become true because of the fact that gojo uses his own hand signs and chants in order to fully use 200% of his original hollow technique. Which can also tell us that up until now he was holding back against everyone while using his DE as he was using 1 hand sign domain rather than his 2 hand sign version (if this theory would be confirmed in upcoming chapters)

I adore this manga for a simple fact that it's "realistic" and what I mean by that is in many mangas MC's and other characters are vowing to never kill anyone and there comes an arc where they have to kill a villain and then they get depressed and there is this whole arc of "redemption" or whatever but here when Itadori had to kill transfigured humans he got to terms with it - sure it wasn't a pleasant feeling knowing you are killing humans but it was more of a mercy killing since they were not technically humans anymore. And second almost all MC's get also depressed when they "can't save everone" like in shibuya where Gojo tried to save as many people as he could but knew that if he stopped and let the villains escape/win, there would be many many more than that, so what can you do except come to terms with it? You can't stop every murderer in the world before they kill and getting depressed because you couldn't stop them is pointless. Also the fact that in other mangas everyone miraculously survives even when it's shown they were in a middle of an explosion that leveled a whole city but then there is a bs reason why he out of all people survived, but here even the main cast can die and not some throwaway character made just to die in the same chapter, no, Kugisaki died, Mai died, Todo's sensei and even Junpei (although he was more of that "throwaway" character). It's become my favorite manga of recent because of these reasons and because of them the story is exciting because you can't be sure what happens next instead of typical: "Oh, let me guess, they will struggle but win in the end due to some bs power-up or unrealistic deus ex machina".

I dont know but maybe this could happen in the following chapters : Gojo gets heavily wounded after fighting Sukuna almost at the brink of death but as Sukuna is about to kill him some heavy hitters from jujutsu high arrive there in time like Hakari or Maki along with Yuji and save Gojo's ass. I didnt mention Yuta because there isn't enough hint from recent chapters suggesting any clash between these two. There is a chance that he could be fighting Uraume but much less chance of confronting Sukuna rather it could be Maki , Hakari and Yuji confronting Sukuna.Gojo somehow manages to stay alive just to fulfill his reason of freeing Geto's body from Kenjaku's possession and giving it a proper burial and then dies-just my theory

In my opinion I believe gojo was always stronger than 20 finger sukuna, even the author hated how op. So for that reason he buffed sukuna with the 10 shadows when u think about it

@@brrrr7268 You're think of "maximum cursed energy output" which is different from a "Maximum Technique". Kenjaku explains in chapter 134 that "Apart from domains, they are cursed techniques' most supreme art". We currently only know of three, Maximum: Uzumaki, Maximum: Wing King, and Maximum: Meteor. Maximum cursed energy output is just putting as much cursed energy into your normal technique as you can.

Look I saw so much people commenting about gojo can sense Curse energy and output but when he fought with jogo he said jogo is as strong as 8 9 finger of sukuna but when we got the fight between jogo and sukuna we got to know how much difference they posses in power which mean even gojo didn't even know how powerful sukuna truly is and jogo himself realized that he is no where close to sukuna even if sukuna only had 15 fingers at that time so I think for gojo to take help from others to trick sukuna and attack him with that purple hollow makes a lot of sense as he don't even know what more sukuna is capable of

Most likely outcome at this point would be yuji swapping with sakuna so that it goes as stated in the video.... however, it would be an interesting twist if he swapped with gojo instead. Hear me out, it has been stated a hundred times now that yuji was designed to be the perfect vessel. Curse techniques are tied to the curse on the user, not just their body. So what if sakuna grabbed the upper hand in the fight and gojo was about to be ended. Yuji could then swap with gojo, effectively saving his life and staying true to his conviction as a sorcerer as well. This would also give gojo the upper hand with the perfect vessel that is already attuned to curse energy to the point that black flash is practically part of its main arsenal, along with the abnormal strength, stamina, and healing that yuji already has, along with his own curse techniques. Probably just wishful thinking but it would be one hell of an ending.
