Some corrections the Schrift Ywach bestows relates to thr potential dormant within the Quincy already. Ywach just brings that potential out and bestows it the name the power describes itself. An example is Uryu who has The Antithesis which is what more than likely saved him from Auschwalen as it is the natural counter to Ywach's abilities. Which ties into why Ywach wanted Uryu so badly, his ability like Ichigo's Bankai was a threat and so to eliminate he tries to tie Uryu directly to him through the Schrift there by guaranteeing come another Auschwalen Uryu's power would be absorbed and kill him. However, as shown again when Ywach Auschwalen's the Elites he could not get Uryu because of The Antithesis.
