Th BRIDE will be the star of this wedding, and the gown allows her to shine! Wonderful group, supportive and loving. All 3 dresses are beautiful, and you should not lose weight for a wedding, but if you decide to lose weight, you should do it for yourself and your health.

It would be a great motivator to lose the weight for the wedding, because after, she might never lose it. Let's be honest, having extra weight isn't healthy at all and it means that your liver is fatty which leads to non-alcoholic liver chirrosis.

I'm not an emotionally soppy person, and my sister tried on some absolute horrors, but when she turned around in her wedding dress, I filled up and couldn't speak. All I could do was nod. She shouldn't feel like she has to lose weight for her dress, but if she wants to lose weight in general, then support her. If she's happy the way she is, then support her in that, too. When you make life changes like losing weight or quitting smoking, you have to do that for yourself when you're ready. If you don't, you'll never succeed. If she wants to lose weight for herself, and she's ready, then all the more power to her.
