@@jakepark890 Legend Shift is just a event that their power "resonates" with them, and the Sentai form appears over them (also a method to show which character they are, considering some of their series are over 20 years old by the time of Gokaiger). At the end of the series, Marvelous uses the Ranger Keys to give back the power back to every single Sentai Team, as they had collected all of them. It is a throwback to them finding the Greatest Treasure, which at the end they arrived the conclusion that the spirit of those before them, the will to protect this world is the greatest treasure, which is how all Sentai Teams are now here to fight in the war together again

There wasn't a Legend Shift in the actual episode but in episode 45 where the Gokaigers talk to Ninjaman from Kakuranger about meeting past Sentai warriors, they showed all the Legend Shifts from previous episodes and added a new one for Akashi.

The actor sadly is both married now and is a really busy actor even after Shinkenger. He’s like Kamen Rider Den-O’s Satoh Takeru of sentai. Very famous actor. That’s why they had Kaoru for the 2 times they wanted a ShinkenRed in both Gokaiger and Go-Busters vs Gokaiger
