I visited it in march. There was a crowd but i went everywhere early in the morning. The weather in the morning and evening will be pleasant. Afternoon there will be heat.

Thank you 😊 Yes, there are many homestays near the beach I found this one on Google with a good rating - Raj Guest House maps.app.goo.gl/Sx8z17xhFXQT9iQ5A You can check it out, it's near Kudle Beach from where the trail starts. Do carry a lot of drinking water, cap, sunglasses,etc as it will be sunny over there.

If you are traveling from Gokarna then Honavar will come first and then Murudeshwar, but if you are traveling from the south side then yes you can go to Murudeshwar first then Honavar. It's totally up to you😄
