Well...ive written about this before...Ryu i believe is stronger. His Power of Nothingness is basically ultra instinct (and according to othee people) But difference between them is...Ryu can hold that power indefinetly without a time limit. Atleast thats my belief. Just because your a warrior race doesnt mean your the strongest. But unlike Goku Ryu has beaten Gods.

i think they make goku here a bit slower and weak the way of reducing his life or energy is only gradually reduced in Ryu while in Goku it is greatly reduced, the kamekameha is also a bit weak compare to ryu's is that sinpu haduken? and also it cant be counter while goku his kameha ryu can counter? i think its unfair there also
