Merry Christmas Everyone! I was working on this what-if fight a couple weeks ago and was hoping to release it on Christmas Day so here we are!
I must say it was very enjoyable to make this fight and get to understand the character of Ryu as well. Just to put it out there, I am still new to understanding Ryu in his abilities and such so there will be a little misunderstanding in the video when it comes to "Evil Ryu". But I hope you'll be able to make your way through it and still enjoy the video itself! As the last what-if of 2022, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Safe New Year!

Yeah no, this was phenomenal. I have to say, you absolutely nailed the impact of all of these hits. The kaioken part blew my mind with how well you executed the slow in and slow out of certain frames to give the attacks the added weight they deserved. The one inch punch was absolutely stunning. Excellent anticipation, build-up, and pay off. You held on the impact for just the right amount of time to make it one of the most devastating blows in any what if battle I’ve seen so far. Your sound editing is so damn effective too, with each hit feeling so damn crunchy, I love it. That final one stroke duel too was pulled off expertly. Just the right amount of timing and anticipation to allow it to fully set in before showing the victor. Phenomenal work man, this is easily your best stuff yet. I loved every second of it.

Honestly, the balance of power is strange to me. I don't know much about the Street Fighter universe, but I know what Goku is REALLY capable of. How he is usually underestimated. BUT! The visual and sound work are so good in every way that I almost don't care about the balance of power. In personal subjective opinion, the final score is 8/10. Good luck with your other projects!

Omg, we definitely need to get this person's patreon super funded and I don't know if this person knows how to do animation but maybe he or she can find somebody to collab with to do custom animation and get an actual Street Fighter/Dragon Ball Z crossover animation going! Cuz although this wasn't exactly original animation, he or she did an absolutely amazing phenomenal job editing the entire video and piecing it together Plus, I haven't seen anyone else in the KZbin Community put out a crossover like this except for the Superman/Hulk vs Goku/Saitama/Vegeta fight animation just recently got released, if they can do it.. This guy can do it too and probably even better.
