I'm pretty sure his base form doesn't have God ki, it burned out by the end of the fight. If not, he wouldn't have to transform to ssjg. Also Gt Goku got ssj4 after he became a kid again. Notice he's grown up here, meaning he's probably more than 30 yrs older than Super's Goku. Goku never stops training, his base form would be far beyond Super Goku's. This also kills that stupid Ssj4 Gogeta vs Cabba debate. Gt Gogeta would demolish Cabba in base form even if Cabba goes ssj2.

I always said that GT Goku (& definitely Gogeta) especially after the Shadow Dragons arc could take on SS Blue tier characters all the way up to Goku Black arc in Super manga. The fight is well made and I liked the video. But, about the power scale... Goku vs Bills almost exploded the UNIVERSE. Nothing in DBGT came close to this. For me, SSJ God Goku is already at a level beyond SSJ4 Gogeta. I believe in the "2 base forms theory", and SSJ4 Goku is much stronger than DBS SSJ3 Goku, but when God Ki enters in the room...
