For those who say Saitama is Stronger, I am not a DBZ or DBS Fan Either but I will talk about some part. Goku when he first started out he had the power level of 10, Which made in immune to the bullets that Bulma shot against him giving Goku the skin of Steel or possibly Titanium in the One Punch Man universe taking no damage from a bullet is at Tiger Level. Power Level 10 is enough to Lift an Entire Car with Bulma inside it and in One Punch Man the Sea monsters destroyed Cars together meaning that Power Level 10 is at the same level as them. And Power Level 10 Goku at the beginning of the Series he crushed a boulder with his two bare hands. And now we'll look at Chi-Chi's Father the Ox King, Ox King has the power level of 65 at the start being six times higher than Goku as in a scene Goku's attacks did not affect the Ox King at all that time and Ox King at Power Level 65 was shot with Semi Automatic Rifles and even Tanks were completley inaffective on him as the Ox King used the Tanks like toys crushing them easily being at Power Level 65 is at the disaster level of a Demon. After that Goku and Krillin go under training of Master Roshi after that Goku got the power level of 86 (Unofficial) and Krillin at 68 (Unofficial) but is definieitly stronger than the Ox King now. after that they're Jump Power and their Durability enhanced six to nine times making Goku and Krillin at the disaster level of Demon to and in a tournament Krillin was able to overpower all of the attendents being fast as Speed O Sonic. Power Level 70 is enough to even surpass Speed O Sonic's full speed aswell. As In one part where Master Roshi and Krillin clashed in a tournament they dashed to each other at God Speed and landed and as Master Roshi explained to the people for 3 Minutes of what happened. Master Roshi first tried to kick Krillin but he dodged then Krillin tried to Uppercut Krillin but then Master Roshi spitted at him then Krillin backed up and then Master Roshi did a Left Arm Punch, Krillin then tried to land his Booger at Master Roshi and after that they landed and then they tried to get a plan. And those scenes in real time fight Krillin and Master Roshi did all of those in 0.2 Seconds. While in those seconds after that Krillin and Master Roshi decided to do Rock Paper but then Master Roshi did a "참 참 참" and Krillin turned his head 3 times for atleast 0.01 Seconds from my guessing and then Master Roshi then tried to kick him then Krillin was hit by it and was flung. And all of that was done in for about 0.3~0.4 Seconds that of which makes Speed O Sonic's Speed look like a joke. And that was Krillin's power level at 68 then next is Master Roshi's power level as he held a power level of 139 there and then Master Roshi used his original ability the Kamehameha and destroyed the moon instantly without a trace.
