It gets complicated when you merge a more narrative way of scaling with a metafictional/conceptual way. As an Omnipotent being could simply make their own cosmology bigger. Another reason why I don't usually include Omnipotent beings into power-scaling is because it is technically impossible for one to be in fiction, but for the fun of it, these franchises put one in their verses anyway. Let me explain Omnipotence, and DC's Cosmology to make it more clear. Omnipotence Omnipotence is associated heavily with the concept of "totality" and "absolute infinity", transcending both those concepts infinitely and encompassing absolutely everything, anything, and nothing. Omnipotence encapsulates everything imaginable, unimaginable, possible, impossible, existent, non-existent, known, unknown, thinkable, unthinkable, created, uncreated, discovered, undiscovered, definable, undefinable, scalable, un-scalable, fictional, non-fictional, logical, illogical, conceivable, unconceivable, etc...ad infinitum, and even the everything beyond it, and the everything beyond that, and the everything beyond that. Despite all this, it still wouldn't be an infinitesimal fraction of the true everything it encompasses. Additionally, since the concept of "everything", including the concept of omnipotence and God, is a human construct, omnipotence would transcend infinitely far beyond all of humanity's thoughts, imagination, conceptualizations etc. In other words, its power reaches anything, even things that are outside of humanity's collective knowledge and limitless imagination. Due to its nature, there can only be one omnipotent being. Suppose omnipotence splits into parts, each one of these parts are both omnipotent. Suppose again that there was a being that was "beyond omnipotence", whatever is being transcended was never omnipotent in the first place, and the "beyond omnipotent" being would be omnipotent in its place. This cycle can repeat forever and ever. An infinite recursion of "beyond omnipotence"s. And the end result would still be, without exception, omnipotence. Omnipotence is fundamentally a trans-fictional concept, meaning that nothing that ever appears in fiction (or even imagination) can ever be truly omnipotent regardless of how many statements or feats its author provides, whether it'd be their character transcending fiction, treating the real world as a dream or fiction, their character being incomprehensible to the human mind and thus any of its concepts (including omnipotence), or asserting that me typing this very sentence itself is somehow the result of their character's meddling, said entity will never be considered to be truly omnipotent. DC Cosmology Let me explain how powerful the DC verse is. There is a place in DC called Limbo, it's a place in the DC cosmology. Limbo has EVERY other franchise/verse/concept that isn't DC inside of it, that includes Marvel, WoD, SCP, Dragon Ball, Sitcoms, Cartoons, etc.. Cited Resources: Grant Morrison's Book of DC Grant Morrison's book of DC is OFFICIALLY canon, being completely accepted by DC, and being added to every continuity of DC. The crazy thing is there are places in DC's cosmology WAY above Limbo. Some of those other places being The Source, The Void, and the Overvoid. The Overvoid is a symbolic representation of the literal piece of paper the author writes on to create franchises. There are many characters who have gone above limbo, which is already a Boundless feat. There is also a dimension beyond that, and beyond that, where everything below it is seen as fiction/a comic book. There is also a dimension beyond that where every character who has ever been cast aside or retconned has gone, which is basically seen as the writers desk. There is also a dimension beyond that where toon force characters are, which can overwrite/rewrite any imaginable/conceptualized character, and a dimension beyond that, which is where we reach the Overvoid. The entirety of the DC franchise/cosmology is seen as a tiny speck to the Overvoid. Some may say most of DC's cosmology is a fictional to reality fallacy. I respond with this is completely fine, as many other verses such as SCP and WoD all conceptually scale and have similar fallacies. It's completely canon to the franchise. If you can't accept this you are admitting DC has to be nerfed just to be fair in powerscaling. DC is so insanely strong even if it loses it somehow wins...

If an avatar gets destroyed another one will appear some avatars more powerful than the others but in the end they will keep appearing
