In the golaknath case 19( f) was the fundamental right for property In this case the Punjab government takes golakh brothers land for the welfare of people They went to sc and failed a case in against the Punjab government As the land ceiling was put under the part 9 of the Constitution which can't be change After hearing the case the judges gives the final verdict that fundamental rights can't be amended by the parliament ( ie 19( f)) Result- fundamental rights is not been amendable
