You can even farm golden pearl at a low level, beaches in Tanaris have the turtles that drop clams (and artisan cooking quest clam meat), along with the fish nodes that give stonescale eels and a lot of crafting mats (for example bolts of runecloth) that always have decent value. Good grinding spot.
