Then the secrecy of the development of Bitcoin and its release around the 2009 financial crisis. Then it started to get attention and climb on the stock market. Hundreds more crypto products followed. Then Bitcoin dropped from $66k to $18k showing how much speculation it was. Now it has climbed back and up to $100k. It isn't standing trial. People are wondering how it can be a currency with such volatility? Who is manipulating the buy/sell to create such movement?

It's just the Gold industry trying it's hardest to survive in a new digital age. Bitcoin is no more speculative than any other investment. In fact I would say Gold is more speculative now. Gold has to prove why its worth anything close to its current value now Bitcoin is in play. You only have to see Adam Taggart comment saying 2025 is a make or break for Bitcoin but then goes onto say how he's not an expert on Bitcoin but he is still happy to throw his BS theory around to try and undermine it. Bitcoin is going to increasingly perform as the best performing asset just like it has shown to be in the past. But of course you get a panel of Gold holders and Gold business owners who talk BS to try to keep their meal ticket alive. They do this to their listeners detriment and I find this disgusting on so many levels. It's just as corrupt as the fiat system as spin narratives to confuse the truth with their listeners. Do yourself a service and start researching Bitcoin and I guarantee you will sell your Gold and buy Bitcoin. It really is a no brainer.

What I don't get about the bitcoin value, is the notion that there is a limited amount. When it's just a computer code, why would there be a limit? It's the same with share dilutions. A company can easily issue more shares, what is to say that there will be limited bitcoin?

Here’s what I’ve heard from Chinese watchers and those that live within China: (1) China’s real estate collapse isn’t effecting the country and individuals like it would in the West. Instead of a 401K, they invest their future nest egg in real estate. But their purchase is not their primary home, nor is it a source of income. It is a a retirement plan. So a temporary devaluation of a retirement investment doesn’t affect them like real estate did for us in 2007 & 2008. AND . . . (2) the Chinese communist government has unlimited power. It can keep the banks solvent in ways that we can’t in the West, like seizing the assets of bank officials or territorial governors under whose watch the bank may have failed.

Gold and silver ownership policies can be changed in a day. All this precious metals pumping has not given the returns touted, instead gold and silver simply move with inflation. Bitcoin and crypto has filled the gap where gold and silver once would have. The mistake here is putting too much faith in financial means in a world that's run by prison guards. Once they have their monetary system in place, they will outlaw precious metals "for the sake of the planet". The reason why I asked this is there needs to be legislation put forth to force these people to sell and do a massive surge of Home availability to bring prices back down so that the average late 20 and early 30 year olds can afford. I don't think that they can depend on a low interest rate to happen for a long time so the prices need to definitely come down by 50%

Everyone who knows, knows that this financial system, with all it's complexity, is in serious trouble and we all have to prepare for the day it all comes crashing down. No one has been able to tell me what the new system will look like. This is the first time in history that we are in a digital system and I am unaware of any evolution that goes backwards. For these reasons I hold Gold, Silver and Bitcoin.
