Lovely video as always. You've already formed a connection with Mickey. He chose you! We have a cat & she's the best decision we ever made. She has become our best friend, we literally have conversations with her & she talks back as if she understands what we mean. She makes us feel happy! Don't want to sway your decision but cats are so beautiful...highly recommend them!

Cats tend to adopt people. A friend of mine had 2 cats that invited themselves to move into their home. You are right about thinking about things carefully because of your holiday but I think that you have a tough decision on your hands. Whichever way you decide to go, it is going to be the right one for Micky and yourselves.

good luck on the Europe trip, glasgow (further up the uk than london) to australia is 18h airtime flight but you might be used to it if your a flight attendant I'm not sure, mickey is cute though

I‘m glad to hear that you love cats. I love my cats more than anything although they‘re not microchipped. I was sad to hear you say that Micky‘s owners probable don‘t care about him because he‘s not microchipped.

@@BrieanaYoung I know. And I feel sorry about my comment. Maybe where you live it‘s normal. Where I live a lot of cats are indoor cats because it‘s too dangerous outside. So they don‘t need to be chipped.

It’s always safer to get your cats and dogs chipped. Even if they are indoors-only pets they can and do escape. If they haven’t been outdoors regularly then they can get lost easily….

With you busy schedules, adopting any animal requires time. Think of what is best for the animal, not yourself. I would like to have a dog or cat, but I'm gone almost 12 hours a day, not fair to the pet.
