I went digging for the TV interview after you mentioned it on IG. You did such a great job - you represent your airline so graciously and beautifully. We have become people who bid for upgrades to business. It's hard to go back after you've had a flight or two in a more comfy, spacious seat with a delicious meal! And the airport lounge is fabulous as well.
