Good video, and thank you for not giving away the beautiful empty beaches up the Sunny Coast that locals like to keep for themselves ;). But as for things to do, the biggest International draw card you forgot in the things to do section, Australia Zoo haha. Just do a quick edit lol.

@elizabethmair7353 your right... but for the purpose of this video, I kept the options closer to the coast. I do have another video on Australia zoo and also included it in my day trips from the Sunny coast video 😀

As a Canadian who's lived in both for an extended periods of time. Sunshine Coast will always be my favourite place in the world. My wife and I are thinking about moving there in some years time.

Great video Chris. As you pointed out, each have plusses and minuses, most places do. I haven't been to the Goldy for years, I am more a less people person.

They are very different holidays indeed, but overall, I've probably spent more time on the Goldy than the Sunshine Coast. With that said, I've certainly seen lots of the Sunny Coast over the last few months and there is some appeal there. Will probably see more in the near future, now that I've done my filming and can sit back to enjoy it ..LOL

@AquariusTraveller Yeah, sometimes we get too busy creating rather than immersing ourselves and enjoying more of a particular situation.

Wow comparing these 2 is like comparing Las Vegas-on-sea with a hot Hamptons or Blackpool with Torquay

Have you been to Perth? If so, what did you think of it?
@AquariusTraveller22 күн бұрын
@@Peacemakerblue I was born in WA so I've spent some time in Perth. I really like it as a city and a lot more spred out compared to the capitals on the east coast

@ Thanks for responding. I have one more question. I'm planning a three-week holiday to Australia in April/May and I'd like to know where the best place to go to in Queensland for a holiday? I was thinking of going to Cairns, but I really don't know as Australia is so big and its overwhelming. I just want the best experience when I go there. I'm from the UK, so it's a long way for me. Your videos are helpful.
@AquariusTraveller19 күн бұрын
@ This would depend on what you want to see, if you're choosing one or many locations, how you are getting there and your budget. Cairns is certainly one of the more popular locations, but what are your drawcards for Queensland? This should help you round down a location!
