it took me a bit, but this first video literally parallels the time when Wells Fargo had their big scandal in 2011, which cost them millions. I used one branch a lot in the city I lived in before. The management was very much like this, but when employees would come to their manager for job related help, they would be sent away from the manager's office crying. To some people, success is a material gain, rather than an actual responsibility. it's like they forget about discipline with doing their job, and act like children.
