it took me a bit, but this first video literally parallels the time when Wells Fargo had their big scandal in 2011, which cost them millions. I used one branch a lot in the city I lived in before. The management was very much like this, but when employees would come to their manager for job related help, they would be sent away from the manager's office crying. To some people, success is a material gain, rather than an actual responsibility. it's like they forget about discipline with doing their job, and act like children. These videos do a very good job showing the nasty realities life can bring us sometimes.

U can tell he felt untouchable and unbeatable and was not humbled or disciplined with his success… spent his money on women, jewelry, to many vacations, like 6 cars, but didn’t use it on this that really mattered.. like more investments, buying property’s and selling them as well and I garanteee he was also very mentally and emotionally abusive and nasty to his employees… all the bs caught up to him finally, one of his best bankers decided not to bank with him anymore, his employees all quit cuz they got tired of his abuse, his clients all stopped banking with him all cuz he didn’t know how to do proper business and would dismiss everyone when they had questions and concerns… and look in the end, he’s clearly a deadbeat father who left his family for the fun and now he went bankrupt so now he wants to step back in as a father who’s kid is not respecting his mom due to the dad abandoning and now all the sudden he wants to be a good father and good family man and now all the sudden he wants to change… it took him to lose everything due to his arrogance for him the realize exactly what he had and who he was and who was with him before he became rich and successful, now he has to work his way from the bottom to the top again… that’s what he gets
