This is the gold medal match (uncut footage) of the last 4.0+ men's doubles pickleball tournament I played in recently in San Diego, CA. We played pretty sloppy, so honestly this pickleball is closer to 3.75-4.0 level. But hey. You play and learn and improve (both teams in this video beat some solid 4.5 players in the round robin rounds). Hope you enjoy the video :) Thanks for supporting the new channel! Based on how often I see this exact comment, every pickleball video on KZbin is rated at least 0.5 above every pickleball game ever played in real life. I would place them around 3.75. The biggest negative sign in the first few minutes is that they are overrunning the ball to get to the kitchen too fast. A 4.25 would be doing a split step much sooner.

Why do people insist on returning the ball to the better player. Should never hit it to the younger guy. Hit it to the guy with no backhand. (And to his backside). Easy to say as i sit in my lazyboy 😊
