Is Courtney King supposed to only fight girls smaller than her? Is she supposed to not even attempt to fight people better than her? I am confused about all the people talking about the fight being a mismatch and whatnot, but they are in the same championship/league right? If they fight at the same weight and they both agreed to the fight than it doesn't matter. She signed up for a fighting championship and obviously there will be skilled fighters. That is part of the sport. You can't just avoid fighting people better than you because they are bigger than you.

As long as King is intelligently defending herself, it doesn't matter how much blood there is. Generally, cuts below the eye don't hamper a fighter's ability---they can still see clearly and can fight.

Well done Kayla! This shows why judo is better than bjj for mma and self defense. Initiate the takedown and maintain top control. You showed dominance and control of the whole fight. Going to the back/guard is so dangerous unless you're a demon from that position.
