My 8 year old showed me your videos. He said dad did you know you can find gold in dirt, look! His birthdays coming and he asked if we could order paydirt so he can find gold like quote “the you tube guy” so we orderd a bucket kit from Amazon and some pay dirt from you. I grew up in the woods and have been trying to find a way to get him excited about life without Xbox. Thank you for providing a KZbin channel that was so engaging and exciting to him.

One of the best paydirts you can get in Sweden, with real unsearched concentrate in the bag as well as with added gold (have tried both the guaranteed one and the one without guarantee, both with great results). Usually the bags we can get over here is either just river gravel (which has around 0.0000001% chance for even a flake around here) or already searched concentrates with a fixed amount of gold added for roughly the same amount of money. The only downside is that since it concentrate from a day of higbanking there is a finite amount of them sold, so stock runs out quickly when they go on sale. Very fun to pan with lots of black sands, lots of panning for the money! Oh, and Amneröd Gold Prospecting (AGP)'s equipment are very nice as well, too bad that I live in a part of Sweden where I have to drive hours just to get to a river with a few flakes.

Tommy! Have a small ceramic bowl made and hand painted that I clean my herb in anyways over the years it's gotten some tiny chips on the edges I noticed that the inside was black so I tried a magnet and it sticks to this bowl I dont know whether this was done on purpose or not but its loaded with iron it was made in Austria about the gold I would have to say if it got closer to the 30 dollar range the coolness factor would improve greatly the 17 dollar batch was totally pickled herring!

Not bad I suppose. Like you said, the "coolness" factor, as it comes from Norway definitely helps. How pure is the gold from that part of the world? Is it more comparable to Australia or the Yukon (if you happen to have an idea)?
@Klesh3 жыл бұрын
I am keeping the little picker for exactly that reason - gonna test the purity!
@three6ohchris3 жыл бұрын
@@Klesh Awesome! I'm looking forward to seeing the results!

The purity of the gold from Norway is usually around 21-23K. The gold I have from Gisna is alot darker in color (more brownish) when compared to gold from lynch mining, Goldnuggetsales etc.

Hey I’ve watched a few of your videos now & think they’re pretty awesome, could I ask? What’s the purpose of paydirt? If it for the experience or for profit cheers Matt
@Klesh2 жыл бұрын
Most people buy paydirt for fun, practice, and the experience of trying to pan for gold. The vast majority of rivers and land don't have enough gold to mine (profitably), so the next best thing is buying these paydirt products. Remember, the vast majority of them are ripoffs, therefore my channel is here to help review them and weed out the scammers. I got so discouraged at this problem I started kleshgold.com where you can buy gold paydirt and actually get a product worth your time and money! Thanks for watching!

Norway here. I'm a bit late to the party, obviously. In Norway we have a law called "Freedom of roam". That means that everybody can go wherever they want in the nature. People just have to be at least approx a half US mile away from private buildings when camping. There is no Claim-policy here. People do own land, thougj and you should tell the land owner that you want to pan a bit. Common courtesy. On land owned by Norway, everybody can pan away. Only problem is that it's really not much of gold, so no one will earn enough money to live on gold mining here. They tried in the Eidsvold area, but it didn't really work.
@Klesh Жыл бұрын

Why not have magnets suspended under the classifier? That way you would not get gold stuck with the material?
@Klesh3 жыл бұрын
You probably could but then how would you remove the magnetic material from the magnet easily?
@goguhu3 жыл бұрын
@@Klesh I just put them in a zip-lock bag, so it clings to the side. Alternative (still testing) using an electro magnet, and then disconnect to make the magnetic material fall off after it's caught. Was planning to try to make a dry-wash with this.

@davidneal28703 жыл бұрын
What was shipping on the bags though?
@jarlingar3 жыл бұрын
Let´s talk ROI.. If i want to get some paydirt from the US here in Sweden, let´s say avg 25$ for the bag +25$ shipping, that´s 50$ +import fees @ 3-5% import on gods and 25% VAT on gods AND cost of shipping, So 63.50$ before I can start to pan it.... So the price for the AGP paydirt is awesome if you live in the EU compared to US paydirt. ;)
