चलिए मैं कोशिश करता हूं, मान लीजिए आज आपके पास 1 लाख रुपए हैं। यदि उसे आप ऐसे ही रखते हैं या बैंक में रखते हैं, तो आने 5 साल में inflation की वजह से उसकी वैल्यू 25% तक घट जाएगी( assuming 5% inflation rate and calculating with simple method) yani 75 rs. अब चूंकि इंटरनेशनल ट्रेड में भी रुपया इस्तेमाल नहीं होता है और हमारा नेट इंपोर्ट export से ज्यादा है तो रुपए की वैल्यू और गिरती चली जाएगी। ऐसी स्थित में आप प्रॉपर्टी में, बाजार में या फिर सोने में पैसा इन्वेस्ट कर सकते हैं। चुकी बाजार जोखिम भरा होता है, वही प्रॉपर्टी को जरूरत के समय खरीदार मिलना मुश्किल हो जाता है। सोना दोनों ही देता है, जोखिम भी नहीं और जब चाहो कैश करा लो। दूसरा सोना इंटरनेशनल मार्केट में ट्रेड होता है और सरकारें भी इसका इस्तेमाल गारंटी के तौर पर करती हैं। तो यदि आज आपने 1 लाख लगाया तो अगले साल में inflation के साथ सोने की कीमतें भी बढ़ेगी मतलब 125000 का तो वैसे ही हो गया दूसरा इस पर इंपोर्ट export का भी कोई इंपैक्ट नहीं होता तो ये आपको और भी रिटर्न दे सकता है और 1.5 से लेकर 2 लाख तक आपका पैसा हो सकता है। फिर example:- 2020 Dec में सोना 52000 के आस पास था और अब 80000 के आस पास। अब आप खुद कैलकुलेट कर लीजिए आपके पैसे की क्या वैल्यू रह जाती और सोना आपको कितना रिटर्न देता। हो सकता है कुछ त्रुटियां हों पर मोटा माटी कहानी यही है
