You can come here to Nevada and mine just about any Mineral on the planet, my State is very very Mineral rich, i've been here in Nevada "Las Vegas" specifically for 30 years and i love it here.

Are the tailings washed with cyanide hazardous? Do they clean them somehow? Im a new subscriber. I really am enjoying your videos very informative. Thank you. Keep it up.

They are required to wash them until they are clean. Oxygen from the air also breaks down cyanide so after a full washing they are not dangerous. Glad you enjoyed the video.

My prospecting related income is that much and more, so its certainly possible. However, like any trade or profession, your income is based on your knowledge, skills, experience and resources. I have a university degree in mine engineering and decades of experience. For someone with no experience and limited skill and knowledge, the odds are pretty low, near zero.
