stocks would give better returns. gold is immediate liquidate. In Real Estate, upfront we have to pay the stamp duty(10%), interest on the loan. In fact we make the losses, if we consider inflation. Only Real estate builders leading the luxury life, not the buyers.

In 2018 i brought one land worth 18lakh.... After 4 years it increases to 40lakh... My interest and my money return... I am in profits in 2022...again it goes to increase again and again.... But should everyone remember that 1)u should check before u buy(all litications and all) 2)dont buy in developed areas, u will get 1-2rupee interest ..buy in areas which will develope more in next 6 years, u will get 6 rupee interest at home...

Real estate లో కొనేటప్పడు 10% stamp duty కట్టాలి. పెరిగిన money white ఎవ్వరు ఇవ్వరు. అమ్మడానికి చాలా time పట్టేస్తుంది. Brokers కి అమ్మిన కొనినా 2% ఇవ్వాలి. Site rate పెరిగింది అనుకుంటాము. ఆ rate కోసం buyer ని వెతకాలి.

Gold investment is the best investment for middle class people.. never invest in stocks.. real estate is for people who are financially good and it requires huge amount. But in gold, you can save from 10 rupees and its the best investment and safe investment. In real estate, you have to pay upto 10 percent at the time of registration and after in the future if you sell it for profit , you have to pay upto 20 percent taxes. You are paying almost 30 percent taxes. In gold investment, you have to pay 3 percent tax and its easy to sell..
