(Gold1-Diamond1) Tier list for climbing (11.7) Deep explanation for most champs

Dzukill: Would put Cho gath in borderline S tier but A+ will do, thinks he is crazy good atm and takes no skill to play. Says illaoi is C tier not avoid tier and that if you are plat 3 and below is viable to play if u really want to. Quinn in his opinion is still avoid, advises against ranged champs on top lane.
Rangerzx: Would put cho gath S tier, thinks he is best tank for soloq atm and is really good to play if u are looking for a tank to play. Nasus is also good in his opinion as long as u pick him into comps u want nasus picked in. Can we the sole reason for winning a game if u pick him into right champs.

He's not gonna be anti-tank. He only gets max hp damage on his autos when overheated, which is temporary and still overall his weakest state by far since he can't cast abilities. He doesn't even have stick potential to use those autos effectively.
