Rashford has become toxic at United. It's not just the fans calling him out, he's had problems with the management, partying when he should be preparing for matches and not turning up on time for training. Aubameyang went down the same route at Arsenal and Arteta kicked him out. You need to have all the players pulling for the team and it does from the outside appear that there are too many players that are only interested in themselves. Harry Maguire was basically told he was finished at United and just got his head down and worked his socks off. Rashford needs to take a leaf out of his book.

With the MU managerial roundabout, the players having more power than the manager (yes the players collectively had the power to have the manager sacked by maintaining poor results). What happened was that Rashford did not have the discipline that he needed and the culture in MU didn’t help his attitudinal development. If he had Klopp as a manager who helps players get the best from themselves, ensures they focus on winning matches and improving, then Rashford would be a great player not what he is now

And I'd zero in on how they treat there players and since fergie there has been a track record of it.. Arsenal were the same borderline abusing there players and wondering why they don't run through walls for the club.. It all boils down the management and the way you protect your players havertz key example abused weekly areteta consistently defended him and eventually he comes good.. Rash ford does get abused its just facts lol no use pretending he doesn't now he's highlighted the fact.. He's underperformed this season and now its time to probably move on but I do think if he'd been backed during the tougher times this season you'd have got more out of him.

Calling footballers out for poor performances is totally justified imo. They're paid so much money, I think a little reality check when they're not trying hard enough is to be expected. What's not okay is telling someone to go kill themselves after a few poor games, like some Arsenal fans did to Zinchenko. That's horrible. It can seriously damage somebody, and nothing good will come out of it.

When you're a professional athlete, you're putting yourself on display, and the point of your job is to get results and make your fans happy with your performance. No one should endure racial insults or death wishes though, that's way beyond the sporting spirit.
