Can you measure the width of that Detective Comics #80 ? I'm trying to figure out the "trigger" size that kicks it up to that holder. Is the holder tall enough for a magazine or is it some new size? I don't have any magazine slabs so it's hard for me to gauge.

This one was just a bit snug in egerber golden age 2mm bag - can prob look at that dimension and get width. Too hard to measure accurately in slab

In describing the books make sure to tell the issue.

I have a book with 3 stains on it that im working on, needed someone i could bounce a question off of for the kind of stain im looking at. would it be ok if i sent you a pic. to get your opinion on it. Im currently trying the Overlay tech. on it to see if it lightens it up as whatever this is appears on a small part of the front and 1-1/2 small spots on the back. As this stain is mostly what is holding this book back from being a 9.2-9.4

Did you do any dry cleaning and pressing on these, or are they to fragile or grade capped by unpressable defects?

Several did get light dry clean and press. The higher grade Batman got a light bled-o treatment. The others were too fragile - particularly the faded Batman and the sci-fi books
