Golden Egg Fried Rice 干贝芋头黄金蛋炒饭

黯然銷魂炒饭,配上松软的芋头,干贝,五花肉, 蒜苗,猪油
炒出来特香,
材料: Ingredients:
300克 芋头 - 300g Taro
两杯米饭 - 2 cups rice
3粒 蛋黄 - 3 egg yolk
50克 干贝 - 50g scallop
100克 三层肉/ 五花肉 - 100g Pork Belly
2 汤匙 蒜米 - 2 tbsp garlic
少许 蒜苗 - dash of leek
少许 生姜 - dash of ginger
少许 芫茜 / 香菜 - dash of coriander / Chinese parsley
适量的 胡椒粉 - Proper Amount of white pepper
少许盐 - dash of salt
少许 糖 - dash of sugar
1汤匙 花雕酒 - 1 tbsp Huadiao wine
一碗油 - 1 bowl of oil
少许 猪油 - dash of lard / oil

其实很喜欢看Aunty Liew教煮菜的影片，喜欢Aunty的态度，很真实。。。哈哈哈 完全没有像其他煮菜的频道，严肃正经的表情，简短的介绍材料，然后就煮、煮、煮吧了，不会有多余的说话。 Aunty的频道真的是一个家庭主妇教煮菜的方式， 我妈妈在家里也是类似这种方式煮菜，也是agak-agak，煮出来的饭菜很好吃， 没有某些材料“也可以无所谓的”，那种《随时变通》的方式来煮，煮菜是没有一个死死的formula。。
