Hi Madhu akka ,I have seen ur video of pasta it's nice ,I will suggest u one easy method of pasta , actually I think all will like this method. PREPARATION: First normal pasta theesukoni boil cheyyali ante meeru chesinaate ,I mean water ,oil,salt vesi avanni heat ayyina tharvatha pasta vesi boil chesukovali.Next avi boil ayyina tharvatha water ni antha theeseyali.actually konthamandiki vegetables nachavu so memu mana dhaggara vunna ingredients tho ne chesthaamu . So manam next stove on chesi non stick pan or normal pettukoni oil chesukovali ante 3 spoons ala chesukovali ,tharvatha Adhi heat ayye lopala manam onions and mirchi ni cut chesukovali .Next oil heat ayyina tharvatha koncham aavalu ,jeelakarra veyyali mari ekkuvaga veyyakoodadhu ,koncham vesthe saripothundi .Next sanagapappu koncham vesukovali .Next cut chesina onions,mirch (green mirchi),curryleaves veseyali avi baaga fry ayina tharvatha turmeric ,salt(thaginantha) ,mirchi powder (kaavalante vesukovachu ).Next pasta ni veyyali,meeku doubt raavachu veeti valla emi taste untundani but memithe baga fry ayyina tharvatha last lo pappula podi vestham ,actual ga ee dish ki idhe special ingredient ,ante taste awesome ga vuntundhi .pappula podi ante sanagulu ,mirchi powder ,garlic ,koncham salt vesi mixi lo grind cheyyali .ala grind chesina dhaanni last lo pasta ki veyyali ,idhi ekkuva vesina parvaledu and last lo coriander leaves vesi stove off cheyyali.
