Golden Fungus - Fungus Queen Unique to Yunnan, Nutritious Fungus Delicacy

Being one of the few fungi that can be eaten raw, golden fungus is also called golden tremella. It was only available in Lijiang and Shangri-La at 1900-3300 meters above sea level. But currently, they can be planted in many places in Yunnan. It can be used to make porridge, stew or fried. It can be cooked in so many ways. It's very crunchy and slick when eaten raw and very refreshing when stewed with a chicken. The classic recipe is to make a sweet golden fungus soup. I made a table of nutritious golden fungus dishes, which is perfect for Grandpa and grandma.

I'm from China and ive never heard of this mushroom before. i looked it up and apparently it was pretty rare and precious in the wild, the entire Yunnan province was only able to forage 1 tone of it per year(?) from the wild. They've only started to farm them in large scale since arround 2018 thanks to some breakthrough in farming research, now the province produces tones of this every single day

Just remember, things/memories we dont have today, make sure our next generation, our children, can experience each memories that we want the most. We may not be getting or feel any sweet memories for now, but lets be cheerful and create beautiful memories with people around us. Sometimes, we didnt realize that maybe we hve been a blessing to someone's memories 💕

It's amazing how well I seem to know Penji and her whole family. Also it's a beautiful how people around the world are able to see a Chinese culture and see that they are just like them. They love their families and just want to be happy and live their lives with peace in their hearts and minds...what is happening with Penji and Liziqi and other channels like this is doing more to heal divides than most people realize because young people especially are able to see this and NOT form opinions based on lies and half truths and see that they are just like everyone else...
