I work in HR. Things you can and cannot do at work as an EMPLOYER ; (maybe you don’t work?) You cannot call someone HOT You cannot ask about someone’s weight or Fat shame them. You cannot tell someone they are unattractive, or TOO OLD, OR NOT HOT. You cannot discuss your personal SEX Life. (If speaking strictly in character you can discuss your character) You cannot ask someone about their sex life. You cannot discuss your porn addiction. You cannot make fun of someone for NOT watching porn. You cannot TOUCH someone in a manner NOT agreed to, Not in the script, without permission and agreement. You cannot comment on someone’s general attractiveness. You cannot show naked videos (even if your wife’s giving birth) to someone without first discussing and agreeing to view it for purposes of work. You cannot simply walk into someone trailer without Knocking, giving warnings, and asking permission, as that may put them in a compromising position. If you do it more than ONCE, it’s a pattern. If a woman is pumping or breast feeding, you cannot bother them as the law gives women exclusive time to accomplish this, privately. It’s up there with bothering an employee in their break/lunch. You cannot tell someone YOU spoke to their recently deceased relatives, and push your religious beliefs at work. So by doing the above Baldoni broke the law under employment law. He is guilty (by law) of sexual harassment/harassment/age discrimination/religious discrimination/multiple violations of work/break violations for new mothers. But hey, you’re not interested in the truth or supporting women’s rights in the workplace. Did you support PDiddy over Cassie too?
