Golden Larch in Highwood Pass Kananaskis Alberta

A popular autumn hike in the Canadian Rockies, to see the Larch trees turning to gold. I went with my daughter on September 19th, 2020. The golden color only lasts a few weeks and we timed it well. The air was fresh in spite of the smoke in the sky from the California fires.
Music was composed by Panama Chill Dubz and I added my flugelhorn.

GORGEOUS scenery Michael! The little chipmunk was very friendly! Your Flugelhorn with Panama Chill Dubz music was fantastic! Nice to see your daughter as well! It actually wasn't that chilly on this day in September, but you never know what's going to happen with the weather in the mountains so you always wear a coat. Yah! 80 F. is great weather! Enjoy! We're doing pretty good, with the Chinook, hovering above zero, but soon it will sink into the deep freeze! I'm coming down for some mint and avocado one of these days buddy! Cheers!
