Thank you for sharing with us. I really love these videos even though I am an orchid viewer I also love seeing the other plants people grow. I see that I may have a green thumb for other plants however it is hard to say. Anyways your plants, like your orchids, look so lush and green. Happy Holidays to you and your family. Stay safe and looking forward to what you have planned for the new year.

Hi BB! Long time since I've seen one of your posts and now I see there's a whole " 12 days of Plantmas" to review which I will start later tonight. In any case, Seasons Greetings, good to see you are back! I love that Woodii, will start looking for some online to call my own once danger of frost has passed, so Spring 2021 I will have that to look forward to. Those Woodii cuttings, my guess is that they might have root nubbins under the leaves, similar to pothos, so making sure a set or two of those are in water might be helpful. As well as keeping the tendrils short, so the ends don't dry out. Best of luck rooting them! Cheers and Happy Hollydaze! 🌱🌸🌱

Hi Laurie, it's been a while - again. Sorry for replying so late. I hope you enjoyed the '12 Days of Plantmas'. I have to admit that I didn't succeed with those Ceropegia woodii cuttings. I thought I had treated them the same as my friend, but it didn't work out. Have you found a new one for yourself? Happy growing and a happy and healthy New Year 2021 to you! :)

@@bumblebeesorchids3408 Hi Bb. Sent you a reply, must not have sent, we've had a few problems here in Texas this past week with the cold. Anyhow, yes, I did get the Ceropebia woodii, it arrived during a week of extreme cold unharmed. Also bought a Cotelydon pendens, that was left in my mailbox for two hours at 26F, that survived as well. Transplanted it yesterday. Saw your succulent collection, you might enjoy the C. pendens with it's chubby tear shaped leaves, weeping habit and coral bell flowers in Summer. Take care, til soon! 🌸

@@laurieparis2203 Oh no, I hope you are all well! I've heard about Texas' winter storm on the news. So cool your Ceropegia and the Cotelydon (I've just googled it - what a pretty plant and those blooms!

I dont understand the divide between orchids and houseplant communities 🤷♀️ Many trendy houseplants are also tropical epiphytes and actually need very similar care 🤷♀️ Lots to learn from eachother! 🙂

Some houseplant lovers seem to be intimidated by orchids and vice versa hence a lack of interest, I guess. I stumbled upon this youtube analysis that showed the subscriber count related to each video and couldn't believe what I was seeing. Anyway, I'm glad I found your wonderful channel, I love your style and beautiful plants. Happy holidays to you and your loved ones! Merry Christmas! :)

@@bumblebeesorchids3408 Sorry for the late reply, KZbin doesn't notify me of replies anymore! Thanks so much, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas 🙂 That's super interesting. My houseplant videos all bomb really badly, it makes me scared to even make them! I think because we establish a ranking in orchid search terms, we don't really show up on the houseplant radar either 🤷♀️ I like seeing yours though, and all your videos! 🤞 for a happier, better 2021!

@@TheOrchidRoom Same here! I don't get notified of replies, too, which is such a bummer. I wish I could be a bit more consistant with posting videos to up my views. Anyway, I hope you are doing well. Have a very nice weekend! :)

I am sorry that you lose subscribers because you upload houseplant videos. But I am sure over the long term you will gain some new subscribers who love houseplants. So please do update us on your houseplants from time to time. What a huge goden pothos you have there! I have a big one as well, but not as long as yours. Every year I trim it to make new cuttings too. They are so easy to root, even in winter. I share my cuttings with friends and they love them because for many of them it is the first houseplant they can keep alive. By the way, I'd love to share a cutting of my pothos Neon with you. It is becoming quite long now and therefore it is the perfect time for sharing. :D

Hi Jun, it's been a while - I'm sorry for replying so late! I hope you are doing well and are enjoying spring time. I guess that loss of subs was due to not uploading on a regular basis, too. Golden Pothos are such a joy to grow, they are so forgiving and vigorous. I'd love to have a cutting of your Neon Pothos. Days are getting longer and warmer, so we might be able to set up our swap soon. :)
