1-Peach Cake
Ingredients:
3 large eggs room temp
1 cup granulated sugar + 1 tbsp. for topping
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt( thick)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
I used canned peaches in JUICE.
Add 1/4 cup of juice from the can.
And pat dry fruit with kitchen towel.
✅Preheat oven at 350 F
Use oven safe baking dish lined with parchment paper .
Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with tiny crumbs.
Let it cool in the pan for about 20 minutes. Carefully transfer cake to a serving plate.
Serve plain or with ice cream.
Enjoy!

Nice vlog as always. I can relate to you how you have to plan every day when you are on your own with lots of responsibilities. Same story here in the UK although I do try to cook as fresh as possible especially for dawats as it tastes much better and my husband does not fancy precooked food. But planning is the key to a hectic free routine. I normally keep raw materials and snacks prepared in advance then I will just have to spend less time cooking.

You must be younger than me. 😊 There’s a time when I was so energetic that I even used to do groceries , food prep, cleaning & all cooking same day for 30-40 persons dawat. 🙈 But Canada has changed me a lot. Now I prefer mental & physical health. Doing everything the same day makes me super stressed. ( Burhappa perhaps🤣) So Masha’Allah my dear for putting so much effort into your home. Stay blessed & take good care of yourself. 😊

You should have a peach slice at the bottom of the pan and then pour the cake batter on top. That way when you take it out of the pan and serve it bottom side up then it would look even better. Nice cake anyway.
