Actually there is another golden rule that is the most bewildering and complicated. It's "purpose of visit." I'm a Canadian and my Indian friend applied for a Visitor Visa. He had all these three Golden Rules covered: a business and family to come back to, a good bank account, incredible travel history all over Europe. And he got rejected for "purpose of visit." He put tourism and to explore the sites of Canada. And I've since learned that wasn't adequate and that you actually have to practically write an essay about your "purpose of visit."

Idk if it works that way. You need to have a legal status which allows you to work in Canada and that might be what the employers are expecting when they say that you need to be here in Canada. Just ask them if they are willing to sponsor a work visa.

There are many other jobs in canada where they give LMIA while on visit during your search. So make sure you ask your employee about the LMIA. AND YEAH it takes 40 days to convert your visit visa to work permit.

Disagree with your video, if you just give excuses and explanations stating that you have reasons going back to your home country, you are just raising concerns for the immigration officer, there is no such part of the application asking you to convince the officer that your are going back to canada. You always can show that indirectly by answering the regular application question. When they see that you are currently working in the company, having a business or you are an employee, and you have enough money in your bank account. This will do the work. DON’T provide evidence without being ask to do so. Be careful everyone
