Did you remember to save your game and reset it? That could be why the enemy formation is messed up. Zodiac Wand: detail is critical here. I started in the room with the psynergy stone (after a reset) and went in and out the stairs a total of 10 times.

ok for the zodiac wand i do EXACTLY like u did MORE than 5 times and no zodiac wand please help. and also for the giant axe i never get the enemies they always appear to go by different orders one by 2 golems and 2 gnome wiz or by 1 golem and 3 gnome wiz or sometimes they appear as a pair but at different wiz on the left and golem at the right i tried it the same way u did...but it didn't work :(

That means your Garet is too slow (low agility). Equip some Quick Boots. I think I used those Quick Boots for both Garet and Mia, which explains why Mia casted before Isaac, which shouldn't really matter.

The point of this compilation is to show how the RNG, or random number generator, can be abused. When you defeat certain enemies, an RNG rolls and if the number it hits is below a certain number, it gives you an item. The methods in this video always make the RNG roll low enough numbers that the item in question is obtained. Hope this helps.

also the way he gets it first try is hard resetting the game, once you hard reset it will usually give you the required monsters to perform the RNG abuse pretty much guaranteeing you the item you want i did this in the 2nd game and my guys had the best items they each could get.

Wait can you explain to me how to get low rolls exactly? Sorry probably a stupid question I know. Im new to the whole rng thing. I ussually play an rpg and just hope for the grace of god.
